The Long Term Residential Treatment Program is a variable length  of stay (3 to 6 months) substance abuse treatment program which provides a combination of individual, group counseling and educational groups. The residential treatment program is for adult men and women whose lives have been significantly impacted by the use of drugs and/or alcohol.

The Male Unit houses 82 clients and is located at 1315 Pacific Avenue, the Women's Unit houses 29 clients and is located at 20 South Tennesee Avenue.

What Does the Long Term Residential Treatment Program Consist of?

    • Drug/Alcohol Education
    • Relapse Prevention
    • Life Skills
    • Health Issues
    • Parenting Skills
    • HIV/Hepatitis Education
    • Parenting Skills
    • NA/AA Education
  • Recreation
  • Psychiatric Services
  • Medical Services

Who Is Eligible?

• Men and Women 18 years of age and over with a substance abuse problem

• Must be a resident of New Jersey

 

What Is the Cost?

This service is free to low income NJ residents.
