JBRC is a comprehensive, multi-modality, Atlantic City based addiction treatment facility, currently under the direction of our CEO, Alan Oberman, LCSW, LCADC. JBRC maintains a fiscal budget in excess of $8 million. JBRC's present staff of approximately one hundred full time employees and fifteen part time employees, reflect the cultural ethnicity of our clients and the community at large.
We provide both residential and outpatient services. The services provided on Pacific Avenue include, long term residential for 82 men and out patient methadone/suboxone treatment for over 500 adults. On Tennessee Avenue we provide long term residential treatment for 29 women, intensive out patient (IOP) counseling in a specialized women's morning program to about 30 women, co-ed adult IOP in the afternoon for about 30 men and women and traditional outpatient counseling to another 40 men and women. At our other Tennessee Avenue site we provide HIV prevention/ harm reduction counseling to 140 uninsured adult IV heroin addicts. Our residential clients represent fifteen of the twenty one counties of New Jersey while the outpatient clients are primarily from Atlantic, Ocean, Cape May, Burlington and Cumberland Counties. We also provide methadone and suboxone treatment from our Mobile unit to an additional 150 clients.
